Aether DBS (formerly Hard Hat Services (HHS)) has been providing water and environmental solutions to a large energy company and its subsidiaries since 2003. We have been involved in a variety of projects at 9 separate locations with this client and its subsidiaries.
Aether DBS provides services across the country for an international Beverage Company. At a production facility in Riviera Beach, Florida, aether dbs designed and installed an industrial wastewater pretreatment system for pH adjustment of various wastewater steams.
The production of a large Food Corporation’s non-dairy creamers and dessert toppings at their Niles, Illinois facility generated 117,000 gallons of wastewater per day.
Aether DBS designed and constructed a leachate treatment system for arsenic removal at Municipal Solid Waste Landfill in Zeeland, Michigan.
Aether DBS performed a Pre-Design Study, completed a Preliminary Engineering Design Report, and designed a wastewater treatment system to remove solids and fats, oils, and grease (FOG) from recycled process water for steel manufacturing operations at an East Chicago, Indiana facility.
Aether DBS performed a system evaluation of the 3 CAL Quench Water Treatment system at a large steel mill in East Chicago, Indiana. The CAL (Continuous Annealing Line) is a process line that reduces the hardness of the steel sheet.
