Aether DBS (formerly Ely Energy) provided a complete anhydrous ammonia delivery system to supplement a boiler/SCR for NOx abatement for an energy company in Sandow, Texas.  The scope of work included:

Aether DBS (formerly Ely Energy) manufactured an aqueous ammonia vaporization and dilution air skid for ammonia delivery to the SCR for NOx abatement at a power facility in Cohasset, Minnesota. The skid included two 100% shell and tube vaporizers  to provide aqueous ammonia flow of 3200 lb/hr. Air blowers, air heaters (steam and electric), ammonia flow control and vaporization were all put on one skid.  Due to design conditions for -51 F, the skid was enclosed in a temperature controlled building. Aether DBS erected the building on the skid and special provisions were provided for the lifting of the skid.
