The AFC™ Blender works with Biogas and Process Gas operations

 Although our AFC™ blender is typically known for it’s application to synthetic natural gas (SNG) projects,  the mixing technology is beneficial to many industries.  The AFC™ blender can be used with a source of biogas or with by-product gas from processes, even if flow or quality are inconsistent.  Stop flaring unused gas!

The AFC™ blenders mix by-product gas with conventional fuel (natural gas, propane, butane, etc) at a specific ration to perfectly simulate the combustion characteristics of natural gas or another desired gas blend.  AFC™ blenders are compact, easy to install, and work with existing equipment.

Use your biogas from: landfills, anaerobic digesters, covered lagoons, ethanol plants, food processing plants, or other sources.
